Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your StorySnuggle item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Processing time

Each StorySnuggle blanket and pillow is made with care after your order is placed. Because our products are made in small batches, production usually takes 7–12 business days before your order is shipped.

During busy periods or high order volume, processing may take a little longer. If there are any major delays with your order, we will contact you by email and keep you updated.

Shipping time is separate from processing time and depends on your location.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

If your blanket or pillow arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products, personalized products, special orders, or items made specifically for you.

Because StorySnuggle products may include custom or made-to-order blankets and pillows, we cannot accept returns for personalized items unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We also cannot accept returns for items that have been used, washed, damaged after delivery, or returned without the original packaging.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.

As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
